Are people generally just stacking health on Zhongli for the shield, or doing some kind of mix to get some damage from his burst? or does it just kinda depend on what i need more... I don't really have any great spears. I have The Catch for him right now

Currently using dmc, kuki, fischl, and sick girl. If I can choose between sucrose and Dori when crafting together character materials, which one should i pick. I know Dori's says she'll recover "some" materials 25% of the time, not sure why the language is so vague
