i say swears online posted:i've been in a job that qualifies for PSLF for about six months. does the clock start ticking then or do i need to specifically apply to begin the ten year process? Wife says you have to make 120 payments (technically 10 years) but there is no “clock.” They don’t forgive anything til they’ve gotten the 120 payments.
