It's Week 3 of the Preseason? What does that mean? What does any of this mean? Preseason used to have a set rhythm to it where you'd see starters go in for like a series or two in the first game, then a quarter in game 2. Then a full half in game three. Now it's a free-for-all and none of it makes any sense. Who's playing? Who are any of these people? Why is Isaiah Likely going to be the new hotness? Why is Gardner Minshew denied a starting spot time and again when he rules? Why? WHY? Packer players to watch tonight:
Love looked good last week after a poor first game. Hoping to see more progress again tonight. Taylor and Goodson are competing against each other to be the 3rd RB. Doubs has had a fantastic camp/preseason to the point I'm a little surprised he's playing tonight given Rodgers seems to already think of him as more than a rookie. Caleb Jones is like 6'9" and 350 pounds. He utterly pancaked a dude last week, it was a great clip. Devonte Wyatt has had a quiet camp but should get a bunch of play time tonight without any concern since he's pretty far down the depth chart right now. Abernathy stepped up big time last week after all the other backup safeties got injured or cut. Should have a bunch of ST play as well.

Lot of Len Dawson talk and little highlights for obvious reasons before the Chiefs game and it strikes me that those old timey face masks for some positions didn't protect anything but made it really easy for some DL guy to grab them and throw you to the ground.

Well on defense for the first couple of series, offense is a mix of mostly (not all I think?) starting line and just some guys other than that. Which is probably why the running game looked good. Special teams is its own thing though and the Pack has looked awful there.

Fantastic haul by Toure there. I like him a lot, I'm not sure what the team will do with him -- I don't think he makes the roster but I also wouldn't be surprised if another team picked him up on waivers.
