Dreamlight Valley has a absolutely terrible running animation. No sense of weight at all and it's like you're running on ice the whole time. I'm not sure why it bugs me so much but it does. and yeah, 'Disney propaganda' pretty much sums it up  I'm a sucker for customizing stuff though so I'll probably play around with it a bit

You can mitigate most of it by playing on game pass since you get a good chunk of the currency there. I will say that their battle pass equivalent is one of the better ones I've met, since you get like, 90% of the currency back if you complete it. Just don't buy any of the premium cosmetics. I haven't put any money in it other than a game pass sub and got pretty much everything (aside from shop items). Still, gently caress microtransactions.
