How is the actual doctoring in Potion Permit? Stardew but X always sounds appealing until I find out that none of the other tasks can be made as fun as farming and fishing, simple as they are.

I just finished A Wonderful Life. I never played the original. The first year took me forever to get through and I thought the purchase was a mistake. Then I had a lot more fun in years 2 and 3. 4 slowed down again and I slept through most of the last 2.5 years to see the end. It’s an very cool concept that I’m shocked no on ever improved upon but its kind of half baked even for it’s time. I don’t regret playing it though.

SexyBlindfold posted:Mail Time is the cutest doggone thing I've ever seen but it does seem to be pretty short, so getting it in a bundle like this would be the optimal bang for your buck. Yeah Mail Time, while very cute, is absurdly short. On PS5, it says my playtime was an hour! Felt like a demo to the game I wanted to play.

Anime Store Adventure posted:Wildmender is in that weird category of disappointing to me because I actually like it a lot - but it’s just not *quite* there. I want a little bit more robust of a build and terraforming system so I can really lean into it, and the rest of the game just always feels like it needs just a tiny bit more meat. It’s a crusher. I had the same experience. It's very cool in a lot of ways but doesn't reach the promise set up in the beginning. It's so close to being amazing. It has also the worst performance of any game I've played on PS5. Single digit framerate at times. Doesn't surprise me it was killing people's GPUs. I've been meaning to try Grow too.
