But they can't ever allow judgment calls, so eventually a ref would make a judgment everyone hates and they'd rewrite it into super-confusing lawyer jargon about in what circumstances a targeting is an ejection and we'd be right back to where we are now having to carefully read the rulebook every time there is a targeting.
