I feel like Von had his hand within a few inches of the QB on every play last night

Man I miss him

Bad, very bad!
He got off so quick and clean here this might have been a good time to risk a roughing the kicker call going all out for the block instead of diving in front of things and throwing a hand up.

I mean it almost worked anyway, just I think it actually would have worked if he'd gone with an angle that probably guaranteed contact.

ASJ had a fairly back and forth first game against davante but has otherwise been really really good. And as his dad says:

Unrelated to ASJ I firmly believe the only quality CBs need to be good is to keep talking poo poo no matter what happens.

Which is why Eli Apple is pretty good despite the results.

So I’m guessing no news is bad news regarding herbie starting tomorrow? Know he was on day to day but at this point, seems unlikely. Obviously good news for him (and football fans) not getting destroyed permanently for marginal gains ofc

Yeah I think I saw he's been ruled out already? Which is probably a good thing long term.

There is no point in keeping him out for a week or two. It's an injury that will take an offseason to heal. He's either playing, or going on IR.

With the exception of Tyreek Hill who KC only got because they gambled on his criminal past when other teams said no….

We haven’t drafted or acquired a good WR in almost 15 years. Dwayne Bowe is the last?

It'd be funny if we all just kinda sucked after spending the offseason expecting to be the hardest division in the league in the last 20 years.

I saw a stat that said the Broncos have had 11 different starting QB's since 2016 and that blows my mind.

that's kinda unfair since they've been good overall throughout his tenure, but boy was yesterday a day to forget for special teams

Chiefs have a really lovely history of losing these Godamn trap games, but they also have a pretty good history of coming back from them.

Also, I'm pretty sure Mahomes loving hates Eric Bienemy

The fake field goal attempt was one of the worst plays I’ve ever seen and I had flashbacks to the 2007-2012 Chiefs watching that play

I feel like a real strength is that the Chiefs play to the level of their opponents. It's also a weakness when they play teams they should absolutely be beating and somehow manage to lose. I feel like in general though, the Colts are a team the Chiefs lose to way to loving often (I just checked, Mahomes is 1-2 against them).
