IIRC in HL2 Ep2 the Combine chatter/Overwatch refers to her as "Vance sub-prime", which feels more in character for them.

the poster you mentioned says "for (the) lovers of tasty beer and porter." Though spelling and one graphic sign used make me think it might not be Russian, but some other Slavic language. Bulgarian, maybe? Still, if the words are that similar it should be what I said

I don't know what the exact difference in settings between you and everyone else who LP'd this game, but the way you move and shift perspectives is hella nausea inducing.

I tried swapping to smooth scroll at the start of episode 19, but the smoother movement really messes with my head. Olive Branch and I are trying to record another session soon; I could try doing a whole round of updates with it on.

With the antlions especially but all throughout the game, I've been appreciating how while all of the enemies are definitely, maybe even a lot slower than in HL1 and 2, they are NOT slow by the standards of virtually looking around and aiming vs. using a keyboard to move and just clicking a mouse when the target's in the crosshairs. I'm imagining what it'd be like to try and play with HL2 speed antlions and that pack of 5 would have just overran you before you got more than one or two. There had to have been a shitload of testing to get the enemy speeds just right.
