Though it seems like even more key defensive players got hurt. Payton Thorne looks like he’s regressed which is concerning. He’s been sailing balls and making bad decisions in each of the first two games, which is very unlike his play last year. Next week is the first real test at Washington. whos that broooown posted:Like obviously recruiting territory is an important factor. But you can succeed without being in a recruiting hotbed. Ffs Utah has two teams in the top 15. BYU has extremely specific features that both help them and cap them.

whos that broooown posted:and Utah? California proximity helps and obviously they’re a much better run program than Nebraska. I agree that location isn’t everything with recruiting, just saying that BYU in particular would have the same success anywhere as long as they remained THE Mormon school.
