What's your control scheme? If you have autofacing and legacy movement turned on you can constantly move and just hammer on the 1 key until something is dead, no need to back up and stop or whatever. Just be sure you're actually moving in a circle instead of backing away in one direction. esc - > character config -> control setting -> general/targeting

They are literally pants on head stupid in that if you put pants on every gear slot of a equivalent level character you might get their raw stats. Just ludicrously strong with very dumb ai that needs you to spam commands to do anything.

real talk: you can crank up quality for stuff like music/furniture if you're not at level cap yet and want the exp, so there's a very marginal benefit there.
