You can drill the ABS sensors out by hand easily enough. They’re mostly plastic so they split and come apart even when the bit is small.

I think your knuckle problem is that Nissan machining is poo poo. Absolute poo poo. This is what my ABS sensor hole looked like after I cleaned it up:



See that big blob sticking up? They must have just forced the ABS sensor over it at the factory. I had to grind it down to get the new sensor in. Yes, this is a Nissan part, not a 3rd party.

It sounds like you need to figure out a way to grind that knuckle; do you have any neighbors who might have a bench grinder you could use for a minute?
