I asked this before and I assume its still true but I've seen a few confusing statements so I just wanted to reconfirm: I put my tax return and savings into paying off my loans on like, Feb 15th 2020. I assume this is still ineligible for a refund, and the period starts in March? If I had just procrastinated one month I could have gotten several grand back. :P
