Blargh. I have two frontrunners for projects I'd like to be working on, which I'll try to use nanowrimo for, and I can't decide which one I really want to work on. One is a novel about two codependent friends in academia, one of whom is an unscrupulous rear end in a top hat and ruined the other's career by negligence. The other is some sort of narrative about two young people (one human, the other alien) trying to survive under the brutal yoke of an oppressive, humanity-first-at-all-costs spacefaring civilization. Heck, maybe I'll work on both and see what shakes out.
