I am saddened that it's on the one station I don't get  I really need to try to get to a URI game this year. They're currently ranked 23rd in FCS. Have to go on a streak to get into the playoff, most likely, but they're my closest Div 1 team (edging out Brown by about 10 minutes, UConn by 25, and UMass, Yale, BU, and BC by almost an hour)

I'm generally optimistic for this week for a two reasons: 1. The Tennessee offense will score points, and maybe a lot of points. George's defense is better than Alabama's, but I don't think Kirby Smart will come up with a scheme that Saban didn't. If we can consistently move the ball forward on first down and get the hurry up started, points will happen. 2. The Tennessee defense isn't actually bad, it's all about getting the ball back at any cost. In a game where we plan to score 50, maybe a 2 minute scoring drive is better than 9 minutes and holding to a field goal. I can't cite numbers, but it reminds me of the Cincinnati Bengals "bend but don't break" defense in the late 80s, which was coupled with Sam Wyche's original no huddle offense. Our defense penetrates like crazy. Georgia is good too, obviously, and if they can run consistently and hold the ball it will be a long day. I want it to turn into a shootout. If Tennessee goes up 10 in the first quarter and Georgia abandons the ground game it's over. If Georgia goes up 10, I think we can catch them.
