melbourne tram was the only place in the world ive ever seen somebody get busted by ticket inspectors, and it seemed to happen on like every other ride. also always resulted in like 20 minute debates with the inspectors whereas a train crossing the border from EU to switzerland once, this dirty dude just lied on the floor under some bench seats in our compartment to dodge the passport control. was super obvious, nobody cared anyway my current commute is pushing a double stroller to day care, 25 min each way in rain snow or sleet, twice a day. gets me 10000 steps at least. half of it is through incredible depths of permanently wet leaf litter slime cause they didn't get around to clearing it in time still better than a job!!!! |
