Doctor Teeth posted:i was reading an article about world cup hat tricks and got curious about bert patenaude. he scored 6 goals in 4 matches, 4 at the inaugural world cup and 2 in a friendly against brazil. 21 years old at the time and never received another call up. Apparently he was suspended from his team in 1934 for being late and/or asking for more money lol. To be fair after 1934 the next US world cup attendance was in 1950, he was a little old by then.
