The butter chicken and fiery chicken curry meals area good. I add broccoli to it and its a decently healthy meal.

I em twice a week. Great calorie point too I think 400? I shoot for around there for lunch + a 160 cal bag of chips because carbs are kind of nice when you eat 1200ish cals a day. Indian food is good for this because it's always got good flavor

i heat it up and then dump it into a wok with already tossed broccoli to make a nice little stirfry.

TJ's frozen chow mein for dinner last night.

Thaw the sauce packet and mix it with a few dashes of oyster sauce, sesame oil, light soy sauce, Huy Fong garlic chile paste. Splash of Shaoxing cooking wine.

Add extra broccoli and peppers.

Toss in a wok. One of my go-to weekday dinners.

Lots of the frozen items have been super spotty basically ever since covid hit. I assume its continuing supply chain issues.

I need to get more into asian cooking tbh. I have a few hand translated Thai recipe books that someone gave me that I need to crack open and just get it done.

get Kenjis wok cookbook its very good and more like a textbook on how to make asian dishes than just recipes.

My advice would not to think about learning to cook "Asian" food since that isn't a thing and pick a specific cuisine to learn about.

And then I'd suggest Sichuan because it is the best.

Just go to your local H-Mart for all asian stuff.

If you don't have an H-Mart nearby then you live somewhere lovely. Sorry!

Hab sauce is a bit sweet for my taste but the heat is excellent. also the garlic+jalap stuffed olives i picked up are good, but not quite as good as the Costco ones. I have made notes regarding all of these determinations.
