I'd have to think he must have pissed someone off, but also he's just bad enough to cut so...  e: oh he asked to be released. So it could just be a you're with us or against us thing.

I think baker might be washed. Not just like a head case but physically. He threw one good pass all season, and that was preseason. Even with good pockets (and the panthers offensive line is sneaky good now) he just never looked right releasing the ball. I go back to Doltos saying he wasnt a great athlete and he really needed everything working perfectly to throw a good ball. That makes a lot of sense based on his injuries last year and how he looked this year. Oh well. Still think it was the right move given the circumstances.

Like constantly going to bat for Matt rhule, and right after rhule gave his last address to the team he took to the floor and called on everyone to rally around the coach and play better for him.
