Really this has been a problem for over two decades now. But more people notice because Lamar turned everyone's heads toward the Ravens passing game whereas in the past everyone would just be like "they're not good I guess" and move on. In 2010 TJ Houshmandzadeh got in hot water with the team for outwardly complaining about how poorly the passing game was run here.

Yeah about the only thing at stake for the Eagles at this point is top overall seed and the bye, they probably need to win one more of their last three to secure it if the Vikes finish strong. The Jags comeback on the Cowboys yesterday all but wrapped up the division. If Minshew can beat Dallas or New Orleans, might as well rest him until the playoffs.

The #1 seed Eagles losing their starting QB? No way they can recover from that. I do hope Hurts does return because he's been fantastic, but I will admit part of me also wants to see Super Bowl MVP Gardner Minshew. e: On an unrelated note, one of my favorite moments of the 2017 season was after the NFCCG, when Nick Foles and Case Keenum hugged it out post-game for like ten minutes, because both were able to escape the misery that was the Jeff Fisher Rams and succeed despite that horrible fate. Some presumably unrelated person (at least he wasn't walking in with the wrecking crew) jumps in to get a couple of shots in at 25 seconds. Unless he left someone behind to make sure the guy didn't leave while he rounded up people, which is possible, someone else was angry at him too. You get 4 or 5 dudes together to attack a guy and he's still upright and walks away that's a win for that dude whoever he is. Pending winning a whole lot of money in a civil case I'd assume.
