I thought death stranding was a weird and bad game and that hideo kojima was once brilliant at making games but has crawled so far up his own b-hole that hes effectively just throwing whatever at a wall and doing weird little callbacks and meta jokes that aren't so much funny as just like "oh yeah thats from that thing" which was like cool when quentin tarantino did it in the 90s but literally every single piece of media has to throw a *wink wink* to other franchises within the universe or whatever so nerds will froth over knowing the reference like self-serious rick and morty fans. His character design is good though. Anyway a death stranding movie is bound to fail because even bideo jame movies made after good bideo james like super mario suck giant sweaty balls. Maybe if Uwe Boll makes it I'll watch it.

I've never played a Kojima game to be honest but I'm still a bit salty that he seems to have killed Silent Hill as a franchise after the P.T. thing.

People played and loved the demo. Then Konami decided they would rather produce pachinko games.
