cabbage rules, but maybe not so much as a salad base

sliced thin they go great in tacos

take a whole head of cabbage and cut it thick into rounds and fry the poo poo out of it. no, longer than that. toss in some garlic and soy sauce. we often eat a whole head of cabbage for dinner
