The two-a-days are 2 45 minute workouts. Weights and cardio can be split like that and if you think 90 minutes a day of working out is overtraining while spending 9 hours a day seated is fine, maybe take a step back

Zanzibar is a great rooftop bar and for some random foods there's the Fareground where you can just get a bunch of stuff from different restaurants. There's a place called Jewboy Sliders there.
