We haven't been able to comprehensively fix it yet and are still working through it for the half dozen people that ended up with issues. The only thing that seemed to help is the new Outlook client vs the old one but that's not going to be an actual solution for most people due to the lack of functionality.

No, no, you see there's the new Outlook (the one in Windows 11) and then there's the new Outlook (the one that's part of Office 365 that's a toggle in regular desktop Outlook). It's definitely not confusing at all.
