Brut posted:Looks like it'll be Tamagaki from Oshima beya taking over Miyagino for a basho, formerly known as Tomonohana. He has a career high rank of komusubi but he got there by being promoted on his Makuuchi debut: M16(9-6)>M10(9-6)>M2(8-7)>K, so certainly some banzuke luck there, at that rank though he got a 4-11, spent 2 years bouncing around in the middle of the division, fell to Juryo and spent 5 more years there.
