The most irritating thing about North Sea is you need to hold each INDIVIDUAL title for at least 30 years. No small feat for a barely organized fleet of rampaging vikings! And yes the Vinland/Greenland stuff is RICE, it's an entire mod-original Struggle, and it's a PAIN IN THE rear end just like the Iberia struggle can be.
