SVP's radio show the day after Stuart Scott died was some of the realest, rawest, most eloquent emotion I've ever seen on TV. He's got a tough job tonight but I don't know if I'd trust anyone else at ESPN to do it justice.

Jesus this is horrible.

Hopefully the prompt medical care saved his life. I've been through cardiac arrest after a sports injury, went on a ventilator, and made a full recovery.

drat, I don't know how long the Bills (and Bengos) are going to be shook up from this. The player running the ball at the time must feel loving horrible right now. gently caress the NFL for dragging this out needlessly (should have been called off as soon as CPR occurred).

As others have said, it's not graphic. It's a normal looking play, he stands up, and then just falls down. Stuff like Tua earlier this season seemed worse in the moment, But obviously, we don't know what the gently caress happened with Hamlin...

That's how I felt in real time when he collapsed, I immediately texted my friend that was watching and my parents and my dad said "holy poo poo, I don't think that guy is gonna be ok"

Not religious but I'm praying and hoping my rear end off.
