I haven't really seen anything aggressively evil that hasn't been punished with a probation at least, but if I was being uncharitable I'd allow some wiggle room for posters to drag a person with enough power to actively injure and remove the rights of real marginalised people. Sometimes frustration gets the better of decent people who then take cheap shots
