Depending on the specific seat material, you can load the seats into the bed of the truck and drive on the freeway to clean them off. If that doesnt work, you can take them to the local coin-op and lightly spray them out - dont use any of the soap or it'll stain them forever. The cabin filter probably looks like a cow patty, so you'll want to check that too. From there - wash it and wax it (if you can), armor-all the poo poo out of the dash, and use brake fluid to shine up the tires. Good luck!

lol brake fluid as tire shine. the only person i've ever heard that from was a 70+ year old guy who still rallies a volvo 240 that he built in the 80s and he also wipes down the car with motor oil lmao just use a proper tire shine chemical, not caustic hydraulic fluid lol jfc
