 I think the only thing I know about this was that Warren Spector worked on it, I didn't know other members of Ion Storm and Looking Glass worked on it too.

So far it's reminding a lot of the Sega Genesis game Micky Mania, where you also played as Mickey Mouse going through old iterations of Micky Mouse cartoons.
