Sweet, a marketing thread! I manage a digital marketing services/ops team for a megacorp - we’re responsible for a little bit of everything, but mainly marketing automation, analytics and lead gen. Working in digital for a huge company involves a ton of data governance and CRM process issues, so I spend most of my time in meetings with other teams and functions(marketing, sales, IT) trying to figure out how to get anything done and to fix broken poo poo.
