I think your problem is starting a game at 2am. I complete games more than ever before in my 30's but my wife goes to bed at 10pm and I go to bed at 12- 2am. Takes me a month to get through a 40hr game and I play one game at a time until it's done, assuming I get past the first 5h. In my 20's I never finished games at all. No stamina for it.
