If I were a teacher tasked with this course, I would have "This Non-Violent Stuff Will Get You Killed" and "We Will Shoot Back" added as optional but strongly recommended readings so I could really melt some CHUD parents' brains.

They don’t want to lose FL to the ACT and International Baccalaureate programs, but yes I agree with you

For anyone that's worked in or around healthcare this isn't a surprise. The real surprise is that when they sued they got the emails for exactly what the UR department was doing to deny the claims.

I know some Social Workers who left frontline clinical work for managed care and insurance companies, I don't blame them but I just don't know how you work for such a terrible entity without it hollowing you out

As a recent cancer patient this pisses me off so much. I'd want his lawyer–seems like he knows this BS really well. Sure biologics are too expensive, but gently caress the insurers for prioritizing profits and executive pay and not upholding their end of the bargain.

 Seems like China is giving the classic Roswell response about their surveillance balloons. I don't blame them, the US literally did U2 and B47 (57?) overflights all throughout the cold war.
