Most of the novelty cartoon character pasta shapes look like stained glass images created by people who have never actually seen the characters or worked with stained glass and also they're blindfolded, so my idea is: fake cartoon character shapes. Just a completely random jumble of voids in a blob of noodle, and you have people guess what character they're supposed to be and have fun watching pareidolia in action.
