ONCE AGAIN the fancy convenience store coffee machine that makes a nice cafe mocha had the hot chocolate hopper overfilled and it caused the powder to stop the rake, which kept the hot chocolate mix from dispensing correctly and making a cafe mocha into an americano. If I wanted americano, I'd have pressed that button instead.
