Foul Fowl posted:some of it is 100% inherent since the mechanics of fighting kinda break down when the dudes become so large and end up in situations like brock lesnar, the most athletic white man ever bred on a farm, being literally stuck underneath another giant guy taking punches because he's too big to move his body. I think this is why I still enjoy Heavyweight MMA. The rest of the sport has moved on people are athletes and well-rounded and it's all incredibly dull to me. Meanwhile here's Heavyweight to give us the Champion deciding to not bother acclimatising for a fight at altitude, or giving us Mark Hunt vs Ben Rothwell in Colorado as both men struggle to breathe for 15 minutes. It's glorious.
