Liberty, or Liberalism might be good ones, what with having abolishment of serfdom and bill of rights as it's first couple of ideas. The features you mention were common in oligarchic and/or plutocratic republics in the era, and neither liberty or liberalism is all that accurate to how an early modern republic ran and how its citizens conceived of their duties, rights, and obligations.
