I got in a fight with the second-to-last CBT I dealt with because he was pretty much an MRA, but I've had two now that were really good; the first one had to leave me because she had to take care of her dying mom and she recommended me to, and recommended to me the current one I work with

I take pills so I don't have to work on myself
