Nuke problems largely goes away if your team is actively on the lookout for attackers. Too many people are just waiting by the cashout (or close by) until the enemy team arrives, while they should be peeking through doors or windows etc. If your team isn't seeing the heavy carrying a nuke up the street in Monaco long before he's in attacking range, that's kind of on you.

It's nerfed and buffed at the same time. It's super nice that you can turn and point in the right direction when you finally rez now.
