Will Kellogg (the cornflake inventor) had a falling out with his brother John Harvey Kellogg (the lunatic enema doctor) over commercialisation of cornflakes AND whether they should be sweetened or not. The Kellogg's company as far as I can tell just does the standard large company things to avoid paying taxes, compared to Sanitarium who claim to also be a church/charity.
