Thing is, while Bryan's eventual loss was very bad, it at least worked out and gave us the Yes Movement stuff, leading to his WrestleMania 30 run. Goldberg lost his title in a worse way and that was the harbinger for WCW imploding on itself. It killed Goldberg's momentum and led directly into the Fingerpoke of Doom.
