Flare Breath is better for comboing into Lightning Rod than Ignition is (in most circumstances). It was fun just using it into the Akashic Goblin Horde at Martha's Rest and just destroying the entire wave.

I think she was to disrupt the Imperial rear so Waloed could retake Belenus Ror for five seconds before the blight claimed it.
