The MEE is 6 essay style questions analyzing a legal issue and the MPT tasks are standard lawyering tasks.

The AI will always have the entire internet at its disposal, thats a feature of AI, not something that would changed unless delibrate.

Is the primary difficulty of the exam a time-crunch issue? If so, then an AI chatbot has fairly tremendous advantages due to the nature of the exam. I don't think it should be particularly surprising that a chatbot with access to huge amounts of examples and study materials should be able to crank out a bunch of rough draft essay responses to questions that humans struggle with because they have to read prompts and compose written arguments or analysis on the fly.

But what's the takeaway from that specific example? One paralegal now does the job formerly done by two and the partner pockets a bit more profit?
