A. Genghis Khan I haven't actually played the revised version of this one for Definitive Edition, so I'm curious what got added/changed with regards to the new civs available (I imagine the Poles and Tatars make actual appearances).

Cythereal posted:Celts are by no means a weak civilization, they just lack that certain killer oomph to reliably place them in the top tiers. When it comes to the Celtic tech tree, this image always springs to mind Some of those unit upgrades look a little lackluster when you consider the supplemental techs they lose out on. Super fun civ though. Their faster infantry is absolutely insane (along with the aforementioned strong siege).

I could go for a grab bag C. Battles of the Conquerors I remember Agincourt being quite a trip. It really changed how young me perceived archery.

Cumans Nothing wrong with a wonder victory. I wish more scenarios were defensive (or had a defensive option like that one did). Defensive play in AoE2 is super fun.

There's a later campaign that includes a similarly open-ended, time-based scenario that I also wish gave the player some more time to actually finish objectives. I wonder if the tight time limit in these cases was to encourage replay.
