This + the internet\media in general, circumventing fundies that think its a good idea to pretend sex doesn't exist for 17 year olds.


Another huge thing that I don't ever see talked about when discussing kids not having as much sex... there's actually other things to do. When I was a kid in bible belt small town, there was zilch to do outside of school sports, which there were very few of. My friends high school aged kids are all busy now 24/7.
