Many years ago, I had some friends over and had busted out veggies and homemade hummus. After a couple of beers, we were running low on hummus, and I had the thought that I probably had all the ingredients for tzatziki sauce on hand. I was almost right, except that the yogurt in my fridge was vanilla. It wasn't the worst thing I've ever tasted, but it just wasn't edible either.
