I was gonna ask how the gently caress, then I saw the propane? I assume it went out, filled with unburnt propane, and was re-lit?

I made some chipotle cheddar smoked sausage a while back, and somehow had a decimal point in the wrong place or something, because I later calculated that sausage at something like 3% black pepper by weight. It's borderline inedible, but it's in my freezer where I'll slowly pick away at it. Animals shouldn't have to die in vain just because I hosed up my seasoning.
