Leno turned that show into what boomers thought was funny and younger people don't watch tv except when it's late at night so it wasn't the right fit. I've hated Jay Leno with a burning passion since the time when he 'competed' in the American version of robot wars. He had a custom robot made with his ugly stupid face on it and he didn't even drive it himself, he just cracked stupid, lovely jokes. He won by trouncing some random hobbyist that didn't have giga-bucks.

I just remembered i actually saw Conan in Burbank about 8 years ago. It was a ton of fun. I don't remember who the guests were. I have a picture somewhere of me in the audience my brother grabbed from the recording. My family acted like i was famous lol. Anybody else see the show live? I bet it was really cool when he was still in New York.
