let's actually talk about tucker's dad, dick carlson. dick carlson was the director of voice of america during the last six years of the cold war. he led radio marti which was the us propaganda outlet broadcasting to cuba. dick also ran the us information agency which was the official us propaganda outlet under the state department. some other interesting stuff, too, like he ran a savings and loan run by a close friend of ronald reagan then went into politics before moving into running propaganda outfits on behalf of the us government he also ran the corporation for public broadcasting, which as many of our friends pointed out, including elon musk, is in fact a state funded propaganda outlet. it is interesting, as hoot is saying, that greenwald is on his son tucker's show. makes you wonder who's pulling greenwald's strings, doesn't it? oh but i'm sure the son of a well-connected government propagandist isn't also a government propagandist can't trust greenwald either goddammit

speaking of grimes (butthead this is relevant because she's elon's concubine), if you haven't read the story of she and a dude trying to sail down the mississippi river in a homebuilt houseboat and the incredibly patient and increasingly annoyed ron swanson-esque park police officer that keeps stopping/saving their asses, settle in and have a read. acab, of course, but i don't think you could've blamed him for shooting them and dropping them in the water. if you are unfamiliar with it, the mississippi river is one of the largest and busiest freight avenues in the country. the mississippi has also been notoriously tricky to navigate on its own merits and this has been known for hundreds of years. it is exceedingly unwise to attempt to navigate it in a homebuilt houseboat.
