If the fights are in like China or somewhere the start times can get even further but we haven't had one of those in a while.

To expand on the above Just briefly checking the results from googling "UFC Time" (it gives you a little specialized box you can scroll through, adjusted to your local timezone), lets look at all start times from this year so far: All times EST: Tonight: 5:30 PM 287: 6 PM Vera vs Sandhagen: 4:30 PM 286: 12:30 PM (this was in the UK) Yan vs Dvalishvili: 3 PM 285: 5:30 PM Muniz vs Allen: 4:30 PM Andrade vs Blanchfield: 4 PM 284: 6 PM Lewis vs Spivak: 10 PM (This was supposed to be a Korea fight, but got moved to Vegas when the main event pulled out) 283: 5:30 PM Strickland vs Imavov: 4 PM The next two cards start at 4, and UFC 288 after that starts at 6 (though it's lost a bunch of fights so who knows, subject to change)

Ion has exactly one blitz in his gas tank so if Boser got back in the fight, he pretty much won, but on the replay you see Boser kinda start to fall back a bit as he's standing and that's when Peterson stops it.
