It's probably the least interesting series of the first round. Two very low event, structured teams going head to head is generally a coin flip in my opinion. Svech is hurt and outside of Aho the Canes don't really have anyone who can take over a series like they probably need. The Isles have Barzal back and a probably very determined Horvat. To use a tired cliche, the Isles have been playing playoff hockey for a month whereas the Canes haven't had a lot of anything to do since like... January. I don't think either team is a strong favourite personally, but I went Isles simply because I needed an upset and the Canes don't inspire me this year. So congrats on your cup Raleigh.
